99 VW Jetta Gls 130k Miles - Engine miss fire. Replaced plugs wires and coil pack. What problem still remains?

I checked the injectors to insure they are connected properly. (whether or not they are clogged, i dont know.) I broght my car into the VW Dealer and they said it was the wires and the coil pack. I replaced those and it runs, however, the engine makes a loud clicking noise. I insured the cables are connected in their correct locations on the coil pack. When i had the computer scan it it only said cyl. 3 miss fire. So, only one cylinder is miss firing.
