Hotel Included, how much money to bring to Paris for 14 day trip?

uming the Hotel (inside the city) and airfare is taken care of, how much money should you take to paris (per person) to buy food, and entry into museums and other attractions (Disney not Included, but if you know the admission prices for the summer please tell me)? Remember it's a 14 day trip.
