Were and what should my tattoo say?

ok i drew a wood cross tattoo i have spent 2 weeks perfecting it it is medium to large size and has a scripture ribbon going down it. I need help choosing were to put it and and be on my forearms or Bellow mid thighs im in the marines and i wants to also know what saying i should put in the ribbon i have two that mean alot to me 1. Family Always Comes first or family comes first and 2. Only god can judge me. i would like some good ideas please help thank you
