Cannot connect to Xbox live with wireless internet!?

I have a Cisco Valet and it's the m10 model. I was able to play and connect last night with no problems at all, but today it won't even connect to the router. It has worked a couple times before but now it's just getting frustrating. Does anyone know what to do? And I've already tried turning the router off and turning it back on but that does nothing.
