Amway and the IRS - Is Amway a taxable business or not?

It is too bad you can't put Amway with mustard between two slices of bread because everything about it is baloney. The scheme is to magically convert everything you do to a business expense that you can write off against the sales that you are never going to make and generate tax savings. Since there is no reasonable expectation of profit for down-line sellers, IRS will disallow the losses.
