Would you call a guy who's tee dependent on his folks irresponsible and not a good one for long relationships?

one of my cousins has been pampered too much by his folks that he still needs his father to take care of his doents and other things even when he's become a medical doctor, and now, he's working as a clerk in a stationary store until he gets a decent job. also, one of my other cousins is so shy and scared, that in a neighborhood when he was walking with me, he told me he felt lost,(when i knew all of the neighborhood), and pressured me to tak him back. alsdo,he agreed to sleep with his mother when they'd to stay over someone's house and no beds were available. he also has his mother send him home cooked meals even though he's living far away from his folks as a lawyer in the city. one of my other cousins was still lives with his preganat wife and his folks in their 3 bedroom apartment in the name of 'saving money' for 6 years now. the other one was 26, dating a girl, but felt he couldn't have the belief in himself to commit long term to her, so he broke it off with her. wh are they?
