What is the best Cold Air Intake for a 5.3 Silverado?

I'm trying to decide on a K&N 77 series Cold Air Intake or a AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake. They both have advantages and drawbacks but I have no clue and $250 is a lot of coin.
