Any cat experts out there?!?

HELP!! My cat was missing for like two days, then I found her and she was really weak and would not eat or drink. I gave her like two teaspoons of water and also mixed up some baby oatmeal with a little chicken broth and fed it to her via syringe. If there is anyone out there please help.
