I have a 2007 Scion TC and just noticed today one of my tail lights went out.?

Does anybody know how to replace it? Do I just have to take out the screws and pop in a new bulb (like most cars) & where can I buy a new bulb? Auto Zone or somewhere of the sort?? Thanks for all your help!!!
