Legally speaking is there anything your parents can do to keep you from moving out at 16?

My life at home is miserable, I wont' go into detail but it's come to the point where I just can't stand being under the same roof as my parents. You might think it's because I'm young and arrogant but theres a lot more to the story. And I know that I'm LEGALLY allowed to move out at age 16, but I know my mother will do EVERYTHING she can to stop me. I was just wondering if there is some legality that could stop me from moving out at 16.
