My sister needs help getting her life straight.?

Ok here is the situation, she was married for 3 years had two kids, her husband started cheating on her half way through there marriage. They got divorced and now he is a total azz. 2 years ago she meet a guy who was completely wrong for her and she got knocked up and she had his baby and now he wants noting to do with her.. she is getting child support from her ex but nothing from the ex boyfriend. my family is stressed to the point where they cant keep helping her with bills, and cars repairs, etc. she calls me so down in the dumps and i really want to help her. my question is she lives in lynchburg she has no job she does have a high school edu. Is there any program that would help her fianiclly so she could get a degree. If she were to get a regular job now she would lose all government help that she gets now so I told her to bit the bullet and go back to school. Just need help coming up with some options for her, to get back on her feet.
