I don't understand this: First Amendment?

You must first understand that the Constitution is the guide to which all laws are born from. Times change and laws must change. The Supreme Court is the interperator - if you will - of the Constitution. When a law is made it is up to the Supreme Court to determine if a law violates the intention of the applicable amendment. But the Supreme Court does not make the laws -- Congress does. The Supreme Court has no power to change a law unless or until a case comes before them and they deem a law not constitutional....If you disagree with this law then take it to the Supreme Court.......good luck...
